One Team One Voice
"One Team One Voice" with Steve Gold is a workshop, and a unique opportunity to bring people together to work in harmony in a new way that will delight and transport them into a higher level of collaboration and productivity. Journeying Home
While playing live music, Steve leads participants in a guided musical meditation experience that expands awareness of the present moment, inspires greater creativity and facilitates deep relaxation. Finding relief from stress through meditation has gone mainstream ~ Wonderful! Meditation is a name we give to the limitless variety of techniques for realigning with our innate peace. Its beneficial to know that meditation is not limited to sitting still, observing the breath or chanting like monks. It is also instinctual playfulness.
